Definitions
The Publisher: The individual or legal entity that publishes the online public communication services.
The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services offered by the Publisher. The User: The individual using the Site and services.
1- Nature of collected data
In connection with the use of the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data regarding its Users:

We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (information relating to all our Users or to specific groups or categories of Users that we combine in such a way that an individual User can no longer be identified or mentioned) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other business purposes.
Aggregation with personal data available on the User’s social media accounts
If you link your account to an account on another service for cross-posting purposes, that service may share your profile and login information, as well as any other information you have authorized for disclosure, with us. We may aggregate information relating to all our other Users, groups, accounts, and personal data available on the User.
5- Collection of identity data
Open access
Browsing the Site does not require prior registration or identification. You may browse without providing any personal identifying data about yourself (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not record any identifying data for the sole purpose of browsing the Site.
6- Collection of identification data
Use of user identifiers for networking suggestions and commercial offers
We use your electronic identifiers to search for existing connections via login, email address, or services. We may use your contact information to allow others to find your account, including through third-party services and client applications. You may upload your address book so that we can help you find acquaintances on our network or allow other Users on our network to find you. We may provide suggestions to you and other network Users based on contacts imported from your address book. We may partner with companies that offer promotional incentives. To support this type of promotion and incentive offer, we may share your electronic identifier.
7- Geolocation
Geolocation for service delivery purposes
We collect and process your geolocation data to provide our services to you. We may use personal data to determine your real-time geographical location. In accordance with your right to object as provided by French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Files and Freedoms, you may disable geolocation features at any time.
Geolocation for cross-referencing purposes
We collect and process your geolocation data to enable our services to identify spatial and temporal intersection points with other Users of the service, in order to present you with the profiles of crossed Users. In accordance with your right to object as provided by French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Files and Freedoms, you may disable geolocation features at any time. You acknowledge that the service will then no longer be able to present you with profiles of other Users.
Geolocation shared with partners for referencing and aggregation (with opt-in)
We may collect and process your geolocation data with our partners. We commit to anonymizing the data used. In accordance with your right to object as provided by French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Files and Freedoms, you may disable geolocation features at any time.
8- Collection of device data
Collection of profiling and technical data for service delivery purposes
Certain technical data from your device is automatically collected by the Site. This information includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, Internet service provider, hardware configuration, software configuration, browser type and language… The collection of this data is necessary for the provision of services.
Collection of technical data for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes
Technical data from your device is automatically collected and recorded by the Site for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes. This information helps us personalize and continuously improve your experience on our Site. We do not collect or retain any identifying data (name, first name, address, etc.) that may be attached to technical data. The collected data may be resold to third parties.
9- Cookies
Cookie retention period
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the maximum retention period for cookies is 13 months after their initial placement on the User’s device, as is the validity period of the User’s consent to the use of these cookies. The lifespan of cookies is not extended with each visit. The User’s consent must therefore be renewed upon expiration of this period.
Purpose of cookies
Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, particularly to optimize the services provided to the User, based on the processing of information regarding access frequency, page personalization, as well as actions performed and information viewed.

10- Retention of technical data
Retention period for technical data
Technical data is retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes outlined above.
11- Retention period for personal data and anonymization
Data retention during the contractual relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5° of French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Files and Freedoms, personal data subject to processing shall not be retained beyond the time necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations defined at the conclusion of the contract or for the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship / after account deletion
We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Beyond this period, such data will be anonymized and retained exclusively for statistical purposes and will not be subject to any further processing of any kind.
Data deletion following account deletion
Data purging mechanisms are implemented to ensure effective deletion once the retention or archiving period necessary to fulfill the determined or mandated purposes has been reached. In accordance with French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Files and Freedoms, you also have the right to request the deletion of your data, which you may exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.
Data deletion after 3 years of inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged into the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, failing which your data will be deleted from our databases.
12- Account deletion

The User may delete their Account at any time, either by submitting a simple request to the Publisher OR via the Account deletion menu available in the Account settings, where applicable.
Account deletion in the event of a Privacy Policy violation
In the event of a violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use of and access to the services, your account, and all Sites.
13- Procedures in the event of a security breach detected by the Publisher
User notification in the event of a security breach
We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. In the event that we become aware of unlawful access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or of unauthorized access resulting in the materialization of the risks identified above, we commit to:
Notify you of the incident as soon as possible;
Investigate the causes of the incident and inform you accordingly;
Take all reasonable necessary measures to mitigate the negative effects and damages that may result from said incident.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall the commitments defined in the above point regarding notification in the event of a security breach be construed as an acknowledgment of fault or liability regarding the occurrence of the incident in question.
14- Transfer of personal data abroad
No transfer outside the European Union
The Publisher commits not to transfer the personal data of its Users outside the European Union.

15- Amendments to the Privacy Policy
In the event of amendments to this Privacy Policy, commitment not to substantially lower the level of privacy without prior notice to the individuals concerned
We commit to informing you of any substantial amendments to this Privacy Policy, and to not substantially lowering the level of privacy of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.
16- Applicable law and dispute resolution
Arbitration clause
You expressly agree that any dispute that may arise from this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation or execution, shall be subject to an arbitration procedure governed by the rules of the mutually agreed-upon arbitration platform, to which you shall adhere without reservation.
